Susan McCall, Commercial Property Connect’s Team Leader brings to the table considerable strength in the actualization of her clients’ business plan as it relates to real estate investment and leasing. With over 34 years in Business, including owning her own firms in Arizona and San Francisco and 7 years specifically in Commercial Real Estate, Susan and her team assist clients in a variety of Commercial Real Estate Transactions.  From market overview to reviewing specific client requirements, to transaction negotiations and follow through, Susan oversees the progress and completion of each client’s transaction.  Simply put, we show up.  Susan is an Associate Broker with US Preferred Realty, Commercial Division, a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS), and a Certified Land Sales Specialist (CLSS).

Garen Avanesyan

Garen Avanesyan was born in Russia and immigrated with his family to the United States in 1992.  Garen speaks Russian, Armenian and Turkish.  He is also conversant in most European languages, is a valuable member of the Commercial Property Connect Team and the Russian/Armenian Business Community here in Arizona. Garen’s energy, confidence and enthusiasm spent over the last 5 years as a Realtor compliment his commitment to his commercial real estate clients.  He holds a Masters Degree in Orchestra Conducting from Krasnodar State University of Arts and Culture, and owned and operated a successful computer business in Ohio prior to settling in Phoenix with his family.

Terry Goodwin is a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist, who has been a licensed realtor for 8yrs. Terry specializes in the Industrial market with a specialty in automotive related properties. Terry is uniquely qualified in this area do to his 20yrs. in the custom automotive restoration and collision repair industries, along with his 35yrs. in the open wheel racing industry where he has built, maintained and driven his own mini-sprints, midgets and sprint cars. Terry is still active in racing midgets and sprint cars both nationally and locally. His back ground gives him hands on experience from painting to hazardous waste and fabrication to trucking. As an active real estate investor himself, he understands your investment interests and needs. Terry is ‘old school’ and believes in handshakes and personal introductions. His motto's are, the only way to do business is face to face, all problems have a solution and if it is worth doing then it is worth doing right.
